Medals for 1st, 2nd place in each age group division
The undersigned assumes all responsibility for and risk of injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur while participating in the Fayette County Fair 5K and/or Kids Fun Run, including any risks associated with the participant's own actions or negligence. In consideration of being accepted as a participant, the undersigned hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Fayette County Agricultural Society, Fayette County Fair, Fayette County Fairgrounds, their officers, directors, board members, employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, event officials, and any affiliated organizations or representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, or expenses, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to participation in the Fayette County Fair 5K and/or Kids Fun Run, including the use of the
fairgrounds, facilities, equipment, roadways, parking areas, or event course.
